These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Memelli platform operated by Memelli IO Inc. (“Memelli”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Memelli provides a free evaluation followed by a client and business Matrix workspace, services, wallet, documents, assistant, and CRM assigned to your account. Features are made available as they belong to your path.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the content and data you submit.

3. Free evaluation and paid services

The initial evaluation is free and requires no payment method. Services beyond the evaluation are optional and are presented and priced only when they fit your path. You are charged only for services you accept.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of Memelli is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
